For an intelligent Traffic Control and Management System, a Deep Learning-Based self-assessed model is required to be deployed to observe the traffic density and its flow on the roads through a map and to manage the traffic intelligently to avoid congestion on roads. The proposed system must collect all related data (dynamic) to map or route the desired normal and smooth flow of traffic by routing the congested traffic to alternate routes. The smooth flow of traffic on the roads is the core aspect of the stated scenario and the model must consider the time constraint as well.
While considering the above-stated scenario, You are required to choose a parametric or a non-parametric model. Do state the pros and cons of your stated model considering the Performance and Response time aspects as well.

I would like to choose Parametric
Because it is more efficient as compared to Non-parametric
Advantages:
- Parametric tests can provide trustworthy results with distributions that are skewed and no normal
- Trustworthy results when the groups have different amounts of variability.
- It is suitable when your data in large size.
- Parametric tests have greater statistical power
- In parametric tests, data change from scores to signs or ranks.
Disadvantages:
- Parametric tests are not valid when it comes to small data sets
- The size of the sample is always very big.
